We have a low ratio on exchange or return because we know what to deliver accordingly, and in case if there's an issue or something goes wrong, feel free to exchange or return, make sure you follow the below-given instructions.
Make sure to apply for the return and exchange process within 30 days from the purchase date, or else we will not consider your query. We have a strict 30 days return or exchange policy.
We always recheck the product carefully before dispatching and also enclose a final checking report.
We have been producing these jackets for ten years, and whenever we faced returns, it is usually due to the wrong size selection from the customer. So please make sure that you have read the size chart and choose your size accurately.
In case you receive the wrong size garment, we will replace the garment with a new one free of charge once the old garment returns. These garments are custom-made especially for you, so we don't provide any refunds. It also applies to custom size(customer-provided sizes)garments as they are also custom-made once ordered.
Note that you must return the jacket in the same new condition and the same original packing. It shouldn't be damaged, no tags removed, not torn, jagged or grubby. We don't accept damaged jackets for exchange because we always recheck the product carefully before dispatching and also enclose a final checking report.
If our Quality Assurance department verifies that it is a defective product from our side, then you can get an exchange of the product, or else we will return it to you at your cost.
You should return the product to the correct address that our customer support representative will provide you, or else we can't proceed with the exchanging process.
Please note that the color of the actual product may slightly differ due to differences in screen resolution.
